Office Administrator
Supporting both the New Car Sales and Rental department the office administrator will require a good telephone manner as you will be dealing with customers, suppliers, solicitors, case managers, occupational therapists, pysiotherapists and vehicle adaption companies, along with new vehicle dealers. We are a small company and therefore we are looking for somebody who is capable of mixing well, is a good team player with a mature outlook. You will be expected to complete normal office duties, including typing of letters, dealing with the post and supporting the various department managers as appropriate. If you have your ECDL this will be looked upon as an advantage. Working hours are 8:30 - 5:30, with 1 hour for lunch each day.

Driver
Supporting both the New Car Sales department and the Rental department we are looking for a flexible person with an enthusiasm for excellent customer satisfaction. If you have a technical understanding of vehicles this will be an advantage. You will be required to ensure vehicles are given a PDI upon receipt from the supplier or the adaptation company and then to deliver the vehicles to the customer. As part of the handover you must be comfortable demonstrating adaptations to the client and possibly the care working team. For the Rental department you must ensure all the fleet vehicles are maintained and fit for purpose, ensuring a safety check is carried out prior to each rental. This includes checking all lights, levels and tyre pressures. `You will also be responsible for ensuring vehicles are taxed and mot'd and the fleet database is maintained and up to date. You will also be expected to work with suppliers, both for the adaptations or for the standard maintenance of the vehicles.
Normal working hours are 8:30 - 5:30, however occassionally you will be expected to be in earlier to ensure deliveries are affected in good time. Deliveries are on a national basis and therefore you could be on the road two to three days per week making vehicle deliveries. Deliveries are usually made on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, allowing Monday and Friday to be spent on site.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with vehicles as well as knowing how to use a PC, including Microsoft Word, Excel and inputting details onto a database. The salary is competitive.
